Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We offer free express shipping via various carriers. Shipping times depend on the delivery address. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Return & Exchange
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Return Requirements for BINACL Outerwear:
1. Within 30 days of the receive date
2. Original tags still attached
3. Returned in original packaging
4. Must in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition
If the return or exchange is caused by quality problems, shipping fees are Free. If it’s not, you shall pay.
Notes:
1. When a puffer returns to our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the return requirements listed above.
-- If the puffer passes our quality check, you will receive the refund within 1-3 business days.
-- If our inspection finds that puffer does not meet the return requirements, we will refuse your return and keep the product.
2. If you receive a damaged/defective winter outfit, please contact BINACL Customer Service within 24 hours.
3.If the product has been damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to refuse your return.
