Shipping

Where do you ship?

United States.

We offer free express shipping via various carriers. All orders take 1-3 business days to process. Shipping times depend on the delivery address. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.

How long will it take to receive my oder?

All orders require 1-3 business days to process before shipment.

Once sent, the lead time for delivery is based on the shipping method chosen at checkout, usually need 5-7 business days. Specific shipping times depend on the delivery address.

Order

How can I track my order?

Once payment is received, and the order is sent out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Then you can track your order by clicking on “Track Order” in the shipping confirmation email.

How do I edit or cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled at any time before shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

To edit or cancel an order, you can contact customer service at sales-service@binacl.com during weekdays (9am-6pm EST).

Return & Exchange

What is your return policy?

You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. 

Return Requirements for BINACL Outerwear:
1. Within 30 days of the receive date
2. Original tags still attached
3. Returned in original packaging
4. Must in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition

If the return or exchange is caused by quality problems, shipping fees are Free. If it’s not, you shall pay.


Notes:

1. When a puffer returns to our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the return requirements listed above.

-- If the puffer passes our quality check, you will receive the refund within 1-3 business days.

-- If our inspection finds that puffer does not meet the return requirements, we will refuse your return and keep the product.

2. If you receive a damaged/defective winter outfit, please contact BINACL Customer Service within 24 hours.

3.If the product has been damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

How long does it take for me to get my money back?

When a coat returns to our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the return requirements listed above. If it passes our quality check, you will receive the refund within 1-3 business days.

Your banking institution can take up to an additional 10 business days to credit the refund back to your account.

Am I able to exchange my order?

If you are looking to replace your item for a different color or size, follow the steps to do so in our return portal. Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we’ll ship the replacement product to you within 1–3 business days.

Please note: if the exchange is not due to a product issue (such as damage or defects), the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the buyer.
